young & tim
september 6, 2008
I met Tim when I shot his brother’s wedding (Sam & Lisa) last year. That wedding was so much fun, I was thrilled when Tim & his lovely bride, Young, hired me for theirs.
I have had an impossible time choosing images for the blog. There are so so so many that are gorgeous, I will try to do a slideshow soon. September is my busiest month, so check back often to see more work. I’m really behind on my blog!
I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Jay Premack who flew out from Washington DC to shoot this wedding with me and Joy as part of the Tea for Two mentoring session he took with me back in January.
Some elements that made Tim & Young’s wedding stunning:
Wedding Coordinator- Ester Kim of My Bride Story
Church- Trinity Episcopal Church
Florist- Nona Tsai at Floral Design Studio
DJ- Mark Haggerty at Denon & Doyle
We all fell in love with this round, red room at the Westin and spent a little time there after Tim & Young’s first look.
I love a huge wedding party – especially like this when everyone is just there to have fun!
I found an amazing tunnel at the Golden Gate park – I love this capture Jay got while I was shooting the guys just outside.
Love this shot Jay got at the back of the church of Young and her father while I was shooting up at the front.
This is one of my own favorite shots I captured that day…
Another fun one by Jay!
I LOVE this one that my sister, Joy, caught of Tim & Young’s first dance.
I was so surprised and thrilled when Lisa (of Sam & Lisa) handed me a thoughtful gift of Jules Bianchi Photography-colored stationery, paper pads and files just before the ceremony. They just wanted to thank me for their wedding album which they had received the week before. I LOVE my clients!!!
Beautiful shots, great couple and amazing locations!!
Were we at the same wedding?? These are breathtaking!! There’s something magical about each one. How do you pick favorites when they are all THIS good?
Jules,
You and Joy were a lot of fun to shoot with and you have an open invitation to join me out on the East Coast any time you like!
