When I started shooting, there was no such thing as digital photography. In fact, back then there were no CDs or DVDs either… okay, I was only 12, but I learned photography on film and developed my images in a darkroom full of chemicals. I still miss that smell.
I do try to shoot a tiny bit of film at each wedding. I don’t always get to it, and sadly, my favorite films are being discontinued. I love to pull out my Holga and shoot a roll of Ilford’s SFX 200 through a red filter. Does anyone know where I can get more of that film?? I am 99% sure its discontinued.
