Because our birthday is October 4th and Joy was in town to celebrate with me, she came to Irene & Jerome’s wedding, too! (This was particularly fun, btw, because Irene is ALSO a twin, and we will be shooting HER wedding next year!)
Irene & Jerome are both low-key people and wanted their wedding to feel to be simple, intimate and personal. They chose the Camarillo Ranch because Irene’s ideal wedding was a backyard wedding, and they felt the laid back open feel of the space could make it feel just like that despite their large guest list.
There are several personal touches to the wedding. Irene made by hand all of the following things: stationary, decorations, aisle runner, invitations, programs, wooden signs, personalized votive place cards, napkins, matchboxes, boba milk tea labels, green table runners, table numbers and most of the flowers!
