Okay! This post is a long time coming, but so worth it! I was thrilled when Leedjia & Tim hired me to shoot their wedding in San Antonio, Texas. Theirs is an interesting story of a chance meeting at a car cruise and a love of vintage cars bringing them together. They have quite the cool car collection, and even drove a teal ’55 Chevy to the church!!

I wanted to thank Beckwith Thompson of Odessa, Texas, for participating in both my Tea For Two & Shadow Shooter programs & shooting this wedding with me! It was really fun getting to know you.

Leedjia & Tim’s wedding recipe:

wedding and reception venue: Southwest School of Arts and Crafts
wedding coordination & floral design: Immaculate Events
hair Styling: Treat Hair Studio
make Up Artist: Audrey McKinney
band: The Funtones

I thought it was so cute how the top shot that my second shooter, Shaun Ring, took of Tim’s shoes matched the lower one that I took of Leedjia’s shoes… it was unintentional, I swear! (“Great minds” and all that.)

Leedjia’s “something blue” was a special gift to her from Tim.

Tim & Leedjia had their first look at the Hotel Indigo where they got ready. I LOVED that hotel – such cool decor!

This is my favorite shot of the whole day. I have it hanging up really huge on my studio wall!

I like this shot Beckwith got during the ceremony. Good eye, Beckwith!

Guests signed this tiny guitar in lieu of a guest book…I love finding cool places to feature the wedding rings, and I thought the strings of the guitar were the perfect spot!

At the end of the night, Leedjia & Tim floated off down the River Walk to start their new life together. Congratulations, guys! LOVE YOU!
