I just finished downloading cards from Heather & Brad’s vaudeville wedding where the Yard Dogs Road Show played, and I already have a million favorites. There was so much to see and so many creative touches! I’ll put up a whole blog post soon, but for now, here are a few:
I LOVE how this tilt-shift shot literally makes Heather & Brad look like dolls in front of Bimbo’s 365 Club.
Heather & Brad had their own marquee:
This last shot is my little homage to my friend, RJ Kern, who reminded me how much I used to like painting with light when I was a kid and just learning how to shoot.
I must get to bed… more soon!
Jules, as you may remember, I at one time was one of your many “Blog Stalkers”! I admit, through life’s ups and downs I have not had as much time to follow your work as I once did. Today, I was talking to my boyfriend about you and how your work helped to change my way of looking at photography and inspired me to do more things with my business. As I look at your blog today and this particular post, your work has left me speechless just as it did a few years ago when I stumbled upon your site. Thank you for still giving me, as well as the other “Little People” the hope that one day I will be able to create photographs into an art form that others will appreciate and be left breathless! 🙂
